By accessing and using rapper.app ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

rapper.app provides a web-based platform for creating, editing, organizing, and collaborating on lyrical content. The Service includes both free and premium subscription tiers with varying features and limitations.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

• Limited to 10 documents
• Viewer access only for shared documents
• Cannot share documents with others

Premium Plan

• Unlimited documents (subject to fair use policy)
• Full collaboration features including sharing and editing
• Priority support
• Advanced features

5. Payment Terms

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

7. Content Ownership and License

You retain all rights to the content you create on rapper.app. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code

9. Content Guidelines

While we respect creative expression, content must not include:

• Illegal content or activity
• Credible threats or harassment
• Content that violates others' privacy
• Spam or unsolicited advertising

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

11. Data Backup

While we implement regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of your content. We are not liable for any data loss.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the Service or other users.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
